For the last century house builders have been designing fascia boards (that join the gutter to the wall) and soffits (the flat board below the fascia) with a view that they will need to be replaced at some point. Most properties will need a simple fascia fitting, but if you are not sure what you need, do call the showroom and speak to one of the team for advice on a replacement.
We like to use uPVC products as they are 100% recyclable, very durable and require nearly no maintenance. uPVC rooflines perform better than wood, they don’t rot like wood, are not susceptible to woodworm, and you’ll never need to paint them! All they require is the occasional wash with warm soapy water.
